Hamburg Holidays Parade Float Registration

Deadline: Monday, December 1, 2025

Parade Night: Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM

Lineup will begin at 5:15 PM at the Fairgrounds

The Hamburg Holidays Christmas Parade is an entertainment event, designed to appeal to families and to bring the community together.

No one may be dressed as Santa Claus, except the authorized parade Santa.
All vehicles towing floats must have a clear path of vision. An observer, other than the driver, is required for all towed entries. The observer may walk or ride with the entry.
All entries, including golf carts and side by siders must be well-lit and decorated.
Applications must be received by Monday, December 1, 2025.
Parade volunteers will be on site to assist entries during line-up.
Float winners will receive cash prize for 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Golf Cart winner will receive $100 gift certificate to the HWY 425 Marketplace
All Float entries must be submitted to the Chamber for approval before the event.
This year’s theme is "A Storybook Christmas”
PARADE will begin at 6:00 SHARP! LINE UP will begin at 5:15.
An email to approve your registration will be sent to you. This is required for participation.
Judges will be set up the corner of Mulberry & Lincoln.

LIABILITY WAIVER: In consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby, for myself, my child, and all participants of my entry, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I, my child, or entry participants may have against the Hamburg Chamber and its representatives, successors and assigns for any activity sponsored by these groups. I have read in its entirety the general rules and the entry guidelines for participating in the 2024 Hamburg Holidays Christmas Parade and agree to accept full responsibility for the compliance of this entry and all participants associated therewith, and for any liability inherent with this entry’s participation in the 2024 Hamburg Holidays Christmas Parade. I understand that if I fail to comply with all the guidelines and rules for participation that my entry will be removed from the parade lineup.
