CHAMBER BANQUET
The Annual Chamber Banquet is held in January of every year. At this banquet, all chamber members are gathered to recap the year. Yearly awards are given out to Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, and Business of the Year. A spirit award, along with awards for local first responders and servicemen are also awarded at this time.
WORLD FAMOUS ARMADILLO FESTIVAL
"The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"
The Armadillo Festival is a staple in our community. Live music, great carnival rides, and even better food can be found during the first weekend in May! PAINT THE TOWN PURPLE
Every year during Homecoming time, the Hamburg Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors a town-wide pep rally and spirit competition called "Paint the Town Purple." All businesses are encouraged to decorate storefronts with lions, purple & white, and football decor! The festivities are wrapped up with the annual pep rally on the square where the Homecoming Court is introduced, and we hear from the football coaches and team captains.
HAMBURG HOLIDAYS
Hamburg Holidays is the last event of the year! Local vendors gather at the square to sell their goods to community members. Cookie decorating, great shopping, great food, and even better people can be found in downtown Hamburg during this event. The night is wrapped up with a parade featuring none other than Santa Claus!
